All of our products are extensively tested for functionality and manufacturing defects before shipping.
Your order will only leave our site after these tests have been carried out and after it has been cleared by our quality assurance department.
Nevertheless, electronics in particular can occasionally produce a defect which will not show up until it has already been delivered to the end customer.
It is possible that a component can be become detached during transport or that a connection is no longer fully connected, despite the fact that the tester could detect any defects and the product successfully passed all tests.
